OVERVIEW

The existing building at 1117 Gerrard E. (the former Riverdale United Church) will be demolished and a five-storey building will be developed, containing 35 new rental dwelling units intended for low-income seniors. 1119 Gerrard East will include are partial renovation which will link both buildings at ground level.

Unique Characteristics

Parent Resources Centre, a parent and caregiver drop-in program that includes a toy lending library, free programming for pre-teens as well as  workshops for local parents and caregivers, will be re-occupy the newly built 2,500 sf space on the ground level.
