Located on the doorstep of Bay and Bloor in Toronto’s exclusive Yorkville neighbourhood, the 7 St. Thomas Commercial Development combines 1880s-era heritage townhome facades with a new glass tower.

Unique Characteristics

This distinctive, high-end office condo building designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects features fritted glass with rounded corners, historical façades as well as high-level interiors designed by Munge Leung. The unique challenge for Caliber will be to maintain the historic façades while building three parking levels below grade. The building is also targeting a LEED Gold rating.
