With over 25 years in the construction industry, Ken Warkentin balances his technical and managerial skills to bring a wealth of expertise and practical knowledge to any project.

Previously, Ken held senior executive positions with two of Canada’s leading general contractors, a major residential developer and a leading cost consultancy firm. His experience covers pre-construction, construction and project handover and his portfolio includes some of the most prestigious residential and commercial developments in Toronto as well as other international locations.

Throughout his career, Ken has been an exemplary liaison with trades, consultants, lenders and all other players in the construction and development industry. As an experienced leader, Ken possesses passion, entrepreneurial spirit and a business philosophy that has contributed to his success in all aspects of construction and development.

With over 25 years of diverse experience in the real estate and  construction industry, Brendan has a wealth of expertise and  practical knowledge to bring to your team.  
As an experienced leader, his skills include project  management, scheduling, cost planning, constructability analysis, risk and mitigation analysis and implementation of  project controls.  
Prior to joining Caliber, Brendan was a Director of the Altus  Group. His experience covers residential & commercial  developments as well as Institutional, Industrial and  Transportation Projects. Brendan’s approach to performance  and productivity while maintaining safety, proper project and  cost controls and real time reporting is unrivaled.
